I’m a massage therapist, and I would like to recommend to anyone who’s looking to learn more about massage to start with their own bodies. For example, what feels good on your own hands or feet? Get a tennis ball and lean on it up against a wall and feel what spots on your back the pressure feels good on. You will learn a lot from yourself. I know I have!
